Artwork Screen Icons and Actions

1. Introduction

• Purpose
  This article explains the icons and actions available on the ArtX Cloud Artwork inventory list.
• Intended users
  Customer support staff or gallery staff who manage Artwork information
• Prerequisites
  You must be signed in to ArtX Cloud.
  The relevant Artworks must already be registered.

2. Artwork screen icons

Step 1: When no Artworks are selected

When no checkboxes are selected, the action icons do not appear in the upper-left corner.

 

Step 2: When one or more Artworks are selected

When you select an Artwork, the action icons appear in the upper-left corner.


 

The available actions are described below.

🔳Create a Transaction

• Click the leftmost icon to create a Transaction for the selected Artworks.
• For details, see “How to Create a Transaction”
  

🔳Add to an Event

• Click the third icon from the left, then click “Add to Event.”
• Select the Event from the dropdown.
• You can select only Events that have already been registered.

🔳Change the Storage location

• Click the relevant button to change the Storage location.
  
   
• Select the new Storage location from the dropdown.
  
   
• You can select only registered Storage locations.
• For details, see “Registering Storage Locations.”

🔳Create a Private View

• Click the fifth icon from the left, then click “Create Private View.”
• For details, see “How to Use Private View.”
  

🔳Add to an existing Private View

• Click the third icon from the right, then click “Add to an existing Private View” to add the selected Artworks.
  
  
  
  
  

🔳Print

• Use the print icon to print labels, captions, certificates, catalogs, or Artwork lists.
  
  
  
  
  
   
• Print preview is not currently available, so this behavior may change.

🔳Download CSV

• You can export the selected Artworks in CSV format.
  
   
• Click “Download” to generate the CSV.

3. Notes and Frequently Asked Questions

• The action icons appear and are enabled only when at least one Artwork is selected.
• Ranks, Events, and Storage locations must be registered in advance.
• This guide will be updated when print preview becomes available.

4. After Completion

• The icons let you manage, publish, and export selected Artworks.
• Each action updates the relevant Artwork information in ArtX Cloud.
