How to Register Storage Locations

1. Introduction

• Purpose of This Guide
  This guide explains how to register Storage locations before linking them to Artworks.
• Intended Users
  Gallery staff or customer support staff who manage Artworks in ArtX Cloud
• Prerequisites
  • You are signed in to ArtX Cloud.
  • Storage locations must be registered in advance.

2. Instructions

Step 1: Select an Artwork

1. Check the checkbox for the desired artwork on the Artwork List page.
   
   
   ・The “Update Storage” option will appear at the top of the screen.
   
   
   
    
2. Click “Create” and enter the required information.
   
3. After entering the information, click “Create” to finish.
   

3. Notes and Frequently Asked Questions

• Registered Storage locations can be selected when adding or editing an Artwork.
• Avoid creating multiple Storage locations with the same name.

4. Result

• The registered Storage location appears in the Storage Location List.
• It can be selected as a Storage location when adding or editing an Artwork.

• If you cannot complete the registration or selection, contact customer support.
