How to Duplicate Artwork Inventory

1. Introduction

• Purpose

  This article explains how to duplicate Artwork inventory in ArtX Cloud.

• Intended users

  Customer support staff or gallery staff registering an Artwork in ArtX Cloud for the first time

• Prerequisites
  • You must be signed in to ArtX Cloud.
  • The relevant Artist, Storage location, and other referenced records must already be registered.

2. Instructions

Step 1: Open the Artwork inventory list

Step 2: Select the Artwork to duplicate

Select the Artwork from the Artwork inventory list.

Step 3: Duplicate the Artwork

Click “Duplicate.”

• Step 4: Confirm the duplicate

  Return to the Artwork inventory list and confirm that the duplicate appears.

  

3. Notes and Frequently Asked Questions

• Only unique Artworks can be duplicated.

4. After Completion

• The duplicated Artwork appears in the “Artwork inventory list.”
• You can edit the Artwork or add images later from the Artwork detail page.
