How to Download Artwork Information in Bulk as a CSV File

1. Introduction

• Purpose of This Guide
  This guide explains how to download Artwork information registered in ArtX Cloud as a CSV file.
• Intended Users
  Gallery staff or customer support staff who want to export or aggregate Artwork data
• Prerequisites
  • You are signed in to ArtX Cloud.
  • The Artworks to be exported have been registered.

2. Instructions

1. In the side menu, open “Artworks” “Artwork Inventory List.”

   

2. Select the Artworks you want to export.

   ・Select all artworks on the page 
   
   ・Select individual artworks
   
    

3. Click “CSV Download” in the top menu.

   
    

4. In the dialog, select the fields you want to export.

   
    

5. Review the fields, then click “Download” at the bottom of the screen.

3. Notes and Frequently Asked Questions

• The CSV file may be empty if no fields are selected. Check your selection before exporting.
• Downloading may take longer when many Artworks are selected.

4. Result

• A CSV file containing the selected fields is downloaded to your computer.
• Open the downloaded file in Excel or a similar application to review or edit it.
