This article explains how to create a customized Private View for a specific viewer from the Artwork inventory list, including how to generate text with AI.
1. What Is a Private View?
Private View lets you present selected Artworks to a specific Contact or collector.
You can share it via a URL, and its layout is optimized for viewing on smartphones.
2. Instructions
Follow the steps below.
STEP 1: Select Artworks from the Artwork inventory list

Open the “Artwork inventory list” screen.
STEP 2: Create Private View
Select the checkboxes for the Artworks you want to include in the Private View.

At the top of the screen, select “Create Private View”.
STEP 3: Select the viewer
Broad audience (unspecified viewers): AI generation: Not available
Specific viewer (such as a collector or Contact): AI generation: Available
STEP 4: Enter a Private View title and click “Generate with AI”
- Select a viewer.
- Enter a Private View title.
- Click “Generate with AI.”
AI generates the description using the following information:
The viewer’s interests

Notes
Based on this information, AI automatically generates text explaining the rationale behind the Artwork selection.
STEP 5: Review and edit the text
You can freely edit the generated text.
Note: Text after “***” contains guidance for the gallerist. Review it and be sure to delete it before creating the Private View.
STEP 6: Review the selected Artworks
You can also reorder the selected Artworks.
STEP 7: Choose the displayed fields and language
Artist name
Title
Year
Description
Language (Japanese or English)
Select the fields you want to display.
STEP 8: Create Private View
Click the “Create Private View” button to generate the Private View page.
STEP 9: Review the Private View
After you click “Create Private View,” you will be taken to the Private View list. Review the Private View you created there.
STEP 10: Copy and share the URL
Copy the URL and share it by email, LINE, SMS, or another messaging service.
STEP 11: Unpublish, edit, or delete a Private View
Use the following options to unpublish, edit, or delete a Private View.

Private View does not have a publication period setting.
Therefore, when an Artwork is sold, we recommend that you unpublish or delete the Private View.-
Can I add or edit Artworks in an existing Private View?
Yes. Go to Artworks Artwork inventory list, select the Artworks, and choose “Add to an existing Private View.”
