How to Update Login and Security Settings

• Purpose of this Guide:     
  Explains how to update your login information and security settings, including two-factor authentication, in ArtX Cloud.
   
• Intended users:
  All ArtX Cloud users who need to update their account information
   
• Prerequisites:
  Signed in to ArtX Cloud
  Account permissions must be allowed to change these settings

2. Instructions

Update login information and security settings

1. Open “Login & Security” from the side menu.
   
   
2. In the “Login information” section, you can update the following:
   • Login email address
     
   • Password
     
      
3. Configure authentication in the “Two-factor authentication” section.
   
   
   
   ※For instructions on disabling two-factor authentication, see How to Enable or Disable Two-Factor Authentication.

3. Notes and Frequently Asked Questions

• After changing your login email address, use the new address the next time you sign in.
• We recommend using a password with at least eight characters.

4. After Completion

Your new login information takes effect immediately, and the updated security settings are enabled.
