How to Update Login and Security Settings

This article explains how to update your login information and security settings, including two-factor authentication, in ArtX Cloud.

•Intended users
All ArtX Cloud users who need to update their account information

•Prerequisites
You must be signed in to ArtX Cloud.
Your account permissions must allow you to change these settings.

2. Instructions

Update login information and security settings

1. Open “Login & Security” from the side menu.
   
   
2. In the “Login information” section, you can update the following:
   • Login email address
     
   • Password
     
      
3. Configure authentication in the “Two-factor authentication” section.
   
   
   
   ※For instructions on disabling two-factor authentication, see How to Enable or Disable Two-Factor Authentication.

3. Notes and Frequently Asked Questions

• After changing your login email address, use the new address the next time you sign in.
• We recommend using a password with at least eight characters.

4. After Completion

Your new login information takes effect immediately, and the updated security settings are enabled.
