How to Add, Change, or Delete Card Information

1. Introduction

•  Purpose
  This article explains how to add, change, and delete credit card information in ArtX Cloud.
•  Intended users
  Gallery staff who need to register or change card information
• Prerequisites
  You must be signed in to ArtX Cloud.
  Your account must have administrator permissions.
   

2. Instructions
🔳Add card information

1. Click the account menu in the upper-right corner of the screen.
   
    
2. Select “Payment methods” and enter the card information.
    
3. Enter the card number, expiration date, security code, and other required information.
    
4. Click “Add a new payment method.”
   

🔳Change the default card

1. Click the account menu in the upper-right corner of the screen.
   
   

2. Select “Payment methods,” open Actions for the card you want to use, and click “Set as default.”
   

    

🔳Delete card information

1. Click the account menu in the upper-right corner of the screen.

   
    

2. Select “Payment methods,” open Actions for the card you want to remove, and click “Delete.”
   
   
    

    

• A valid credit card is required to register or change card information.
• The card may not be registered if any information is incorrect.
• Payments may fail if the card has expired or has usage restrictions.
