Purpose of This Guide
This guide explains how to print labels for Artworks registered in ArtXCloud. This reduces manual label preparation and improves efficiency.

Customer support staff or gallery staff who need labels for Artwork management or shipping

Prerequisites
- You are signed in to ArtXCloud.
- The Artworks to be printed have been registered.
- A printer and compatible label sheets are available.
2. Instructions
Step 1: Find and select the Artworks

Open “Artwork Inventory List” from the menu.
- Use search or sorting to narrow down the Artworks to print.
- Select the checkbox for each relevant Artwork.
Step 2: Click the print icon

Click the print icon (🖨️) at the top left.
Step 3: Select label printing
- Select “Print Labels” from the menu.
Step 4: Configure the label content

Select the fields to print.
- Use the checkboxes to include only the fields you need.

Select the label-sheet layout that matches your paper:
- Three-column: 18-label A4 sheet
- Two-column 1: 12-label sheet with rounded corners
- Two-column 2: 14-label sheet with optional logo
Step 5: Enter the number of copies
- Enter the number of labels required for each Artwork.
Step 6: Print
- Click “Print” to generate a PDF.
- Review the label content, load the matching label sheet, and start printing.
3. Notes and Frequently Asked Questions
- Check the printer and label-sheet settings before printing.
- Using settings that do not match the label sheet may cause the content to be misaligned.
- Regenerate the PDF after changing the selected fields.
4. Result
- Labels for the selected Artworks are exported as a PDF and can be printed in the required quantities.
- The labels can be used for shipping or exhibition preparation.
