How to Download Artist Information in Bulk as a CSV File

1. Introduction

• Purpose of This Guide

  　This guide explains how to download Artist information from ArtXCloud in bulk as a CSV file.

• Intended Users

  　Gallery staff who want to export and review Artist information in bulk

• Prerequisites

  　- You are signed in to ArtXCloud.

  　- The Artist information you want to download has been registered.

2. Instructions

2-1. Open the Artist List

In the left menu, click “Artists”

2-2. Download selected Artists as a CSV file

Select the Artists you want to download, then click “CSV Download” “Download Selected” at the top of the screen.

2-3. Select the fields to include

Select the checkboxes for the fields you want to export to the CSV file.

All fields are selected by default. Adjust the selection as needed.

2-4. Download all Artists as a CSV file

1. Select the Artists you want to download

   　Use the checkbox at the top of the list to select all Artists at once.

2. Click “CSV Download” at the top right.

   　A dropdown menu appears.

3. Click “Download Selected.”

   　The field selection screen for the CSV export opens.

2-5. Select the fields to include (all Artists)

You can select individual fields to export.

All fields are selected by default here as well.

3. Notes and Frequently Asked Questions

• After selecting the fields, click “Download” to generate the file.
• The exported CSV file uses UTF-8 encoding. If the text appears garbled when you open it, check the character encoding.

4. Result

• The selected Artist information is downloaded as a CSV file.
• Open the file in Excel or a similar application to review or edit the information.
